I would think the email lists are a BIG NO NO - this is SPAM and would be against (I believe) Fusion Cash rules.  As far as posting your link on OTHER forums, I would think you would have to check out the RULES of those particular forums before you posted that referral link.  If you don't do that and just post your links in all kinds of forums you belong to, I would say you'll be risking being banned from the forums in the future.  I would also check out Fusion Cash's rules concerning this.

No email lists or craigslist or anything like that. I got a few referrals from facebook, you could try that.
