does anyone know any info on what good dog recipes for homemade dog food are?

it seems that any dog food i put my dog on , she has allergic reactions too.i think it may be the corn in dog foods.anyways, if anyone knows of any ideas on recipes, let me know. ..i do feel like im banging my head on the wall with this one!!!i just put her on home made dog food but if  i can get better on what im haveing her on, ill take it!!!

You can always try a dog food that doesn't have any of the fillers companies just LOVE to use these days.  A MEAT based dog food.  Look for one who's first two ingredients are MEAT - not meat fillers or byproducts.  If you've truly got an allergic dog, you have to be really careful what he's eating.  Once allergic to something, he's bound to be allergic to something else.  Maybe a trip to the Vet is in order.  Another thing:  what exactly is happening to your dog that you feel he may be allergic to what he's eating?

My aunt use to cook her dogs food she had hamburger patties chicken breast (no skin) carrots apples she did very well on it was 17 years old last I heard. Your right dog food has way to many fillers dyes ect I feed mine a high end brand but they also get fresh vegi's and fruit . The key is reading labels ,talking with your vet and lots of research

Have you done a search on Google  for recipes for home-made dog food? I'm pretty sure you would find a lot of them that way. Good luck!

Do a search I am sure you will find some.  But I sometimes do for my dog home made food, no always because is not good for them but here it goes.  I buy meat with bones, like cow chest or soup meat, also chicken and or even hot dogs, rice (the long cooking kind) some frozen vegetables like peas and carrots and just make it on some soup very wet rice.  Remember not to add to many condiments and not much or no salt at all it is bad for them.  You could always given them left overs, just no chicken bones they are bad for them
