How do you do the referrals?  I just see a bunch of banners and put in a referral and press enter but no dice.  Can someone help me out.

You just get people to go to your referral link. I believe it is near the bottom on your account page.

You can use the banners on other forums or webpages, and you can set them up to go to your referral link.
