What time do your family eat Christmas dinner?

We usually have our meal earlier in the day for lunch usually a little while after presents are done.

Our family's big dinner is actually Christmas Eve around 5:30.  We have lasagna.  On Christmas, my family eats dinner at some point, but it's never as big a deal as on Christmas Eve.  Everyone seems to just eat cookies, snacks and leftovers mostly on Christmas day.

Preparation for Christmas Dinner starts a week ahead of time, so we are ready by 3PM.That given family to visit and collect gift from their in laws.......

We generally eat about 2 or 3 that away by 5 your ready for dessert.

We usually eat about 5pm.

We eat about 12:00 on christmas  all of the kids and me.

We usually eat around 1, after we've opened gifts, enjoyed time with the immediate family and then extended family comes over for a large Christmas lunch. Everyone brings a dish to pass, so there is alot of variety and good stuff to eat!!

We are eating our family Christmas dinner around 6 p.m., so all the family can get together from the other states and cities.

I have a huge family so most of them come over, but some of them go other places before or after, so people is coming at all times since about 3pm until 7-8pm. That way, there's always a few of us eating at different times throughout the whole afternoon/evening.

We do the big dinner on Christmas Eve around 11 p.m. with all the extended family.  Christmas Day is just my immediate family (me, hubby, girls and parents when in town or brothers) and we eat around 5 or 6 during the day we just snack on or eat left overs from the night before.  I make a turkey it Christmas Eve is not at my house, and we scrub the left overs plus mash potatoes or rice depending and what we brough on the doggy bag

We normally have them come over about 2pm - We have a traditional "Brandy Alexander" and normally some shrimp and crackers and cheese. We normally sit down for the meal about 4:30Pm.
