Interview
« on: December 06, 2012, 08:03:27 pm »

I have an interview on Saturday.

I've never had a job before.. :'( Which makes me so insecure
and lack the confidence to give good answers.

However, i have volunteered for crab feeds before, which means i have served before.
And i do alot of community service work..

It's just the fact that i have to REAL experience is what they look at when they look at me..

:'(

So nervous..

An interview is basically you "selling" yourself to a potential employer.  Have confidence in yourself and how you will be able to adapt quickly to meet the needs of your prospective employer.  Be honest - if you don't have direct experience, say so, and follow it up with how you will acquire the skills required to meet that need in the position (you are a fast learner, you have experience that's similar you can draw on - like your comment about volunteer work).  Be positive and smile in the interview - will make you and your interviewer more relaxed.
