I sent in a ticket on the 9th.

At the end of that weekend, was when the FC surveys started to display all sorts of errors...do a search, you will find some threads about it.


Just got some email the other day.

I am actually liking the SoapBox panel. I have done a few of their surveys. Hope to get a gift certificate from them soon.

  I guess Fusion is having a problem with that survey company if all of you are having the same problem and not recieving your credit.

Usually when you finish a FC survey it will take you to a page saying congrats and has green text with a box to click that says continue.. then you get your credit pretty quickly after. (or you see red text when not qualifying and get your penny)

This FC Survey however, after completing, it does not redirect you to the FC congrats page.. it just stays on the site untill you exit. I did this survey yesterday and am still waiting to see if it credits since I never got confirmation via the FC congrats page.

Oh and all I did was confirm my email, I did not look extensively through the site. (there were no requirments for credit listed, just simply said join).

I did this survey 11-17-12 and completed it. I am now a member of soapbox and I still have not been credited.
