It is easy to do but it requires a few steps from you.

Scroll up the page to the words "Logged in as kmantay. Get paid to post!" next to your profile picture and click on the underlined words "paid to post".

Now you are at the actual page with the details for the $3 Forum Posting Bonus (http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=3464.0). 

From here, click the green words to get to the actual form you will fill out to request your $3.
- You must submit the forum bonus request form to receive credit.  You can request your bonus for the current month and for the prior month only.

Just follow the instructions from here.  Every month you will need to request your Bonus.
