Do you eat to live or live to eat?

i love to eat i love the taste of food i think i have my eating undercontrol but i love to eat the real question is would you rather eat out or eat in personally i would rather have a home cooked meal anyday

Yes I prefer home  cooked meals as well, they are healthier because you can control the amount of salt, flour, sugar etc.. you use.

Hmm i dont know where i fit in, in this topic i only eat because my parents think its unhealthy if i dont whenever i move out i may not eat much or as much as i probably should and the reason for that is because i feel i am never that hungry and my mind isnt focused on that i need to eat a meal now its focused on other things. I'm usually not hungry

80/20 Eat cereal for breakfast most mornings. Beans every day. Green vegetable every day. Fruit ever day. Water, tea and lite on fruit juice. But I do cheat some times. Some ice cream. A little extra protein. A soda once and a while. Some candy.  And some snacks at times. Love air popped popcorn!
