What does "tolerance" mean to you in your life?

It means letting other people have their beliefs and not putting them down for them or not bashing them.

allowing poeple to have their own thoughts and religions we have to share this world and should have" acceptance" of each other

It used to mean drinking a twelve pack and still being able to remember the night.

Now, it means not "going insane" when the baby is crying, because he can't back out of a corner and the other kid has managed to spill his entire lunch on the floor out of spite, for some incredible failure of logic and the wife is calling me to say "hi, how are you doing?".
Or the big one starts to argue with me, at the top of his lungs,  when i tell him to "sssssh...the baby is sleeping"
