Does it show you when the referral requests the cashout or does it not show untill it is aproved and they recieve it?

I have to say that I always look forward to my FC payment. However this month I'm looking forward to it more than usual because I know that I'm using mine to get a shiny new bike for one of my children for Christmas. The shiny bike for the other child is coming from a Wal-Mart gift card that I earned on another site.
