slightly confused with the rules?
« on: December 11, 2009, 01:39:04 pm »
i was reading through the rules and i was sort of confused with rule number 2. :dontknow: I got he part saying don't disrespect offers, like saying the suck and won't credit or whatever, but I'm confused with cancellation talk. To be a little more specific are we allowed to talk about canceling high crediting offers after we do them and if we will still get charged if we cancel them fast enough and stuff like that. Thanks!

Any discussion about how to cancel before you get charged, and stuff like that, is prohibited. Or if you ask for a phone number or email address to cancel a trial. But I think it is alright if you said something like: I did this offer, and since I didn't like it, I cancelled it before the free trial ended but I still got charged. That is just a warning to other people to be careful if they try the offer and don't like it. The rule is a little fuzzy, I guess.

I agree, I think it's partly that since it can be taken as a complaint about the company that is offering.
Also I think it's to discourage people from giving negative advice on how to sign up and cancel to avoid commitments/charges. (thievery, basically)
