Strep Throat

Ok so i feeli get strep throat alot and was wondering if anyone knows of anything i could do to stop getting it..Im just now again getting over it and it was a bad case this time the white/puss sorry tmi was really thick and gross i had to take a cotton swab and peel it off the back of my throat just so i can swallow alittle without feeling like i swallow two golf *bleep*...

I keep the germ wipes around and wash my door knobs  and spray them when its strep throat season.  that might help

i would see a doctor my son had it and got antibiotics and liquid medicine for the pain.can't see a doc go to webmd lots of help there.
