FC is doing what it is supposed to.  That is what trustworthy sites do.  You know it is a scam if they won't pay out legit claims.

I was also given $1 back and $1 compensation for a survey that was mistakenly revoked. I got pretty irritated when they initially revoked the money, I know it wasn't their fault, I was just frustrated since I've never had another site revoke any money. Anyway, the fact that they reversed the revocation AND the compensation on top has definitely restored my faith in FC.

I also received an extra $1 for a $1 credit that was mistakenly revoked and I didn't even request the $1 credit that was revoked to be replaced.  FC did that all on their own and it is very, very much appreciated.  Thanks for the awesome customer service.

i had credit revoked for 2 different surveys lately but then got re-credited.  fusioncash made mistakes both times.  i thought this was strange and not like them.  but i was glad to have the credit back!!

Okay so I am new here and I wanted to say thank you for this post. I have partcipated in many survey companies, I have some favorites but I had never seen FushionCash. There is a lot of information to cover between all the ways to earn money that are not intruisive (in my opinion) and learning that mistakes are made and corrected gives me a sense of "real customer service."

How do you know when there is a mistake though? lol I admit sometimes I am overwhelmed with the content to read.

Thanks, cmatt01 for sharing your experience with us, and all the other people who shared about a mistake being corrected.  It's funny how those stories affect me.  I feel a swelling of pride for a program that is so honest and trustworthy, and that I am a part of.  It gives me confidence to tell others about FusionCash.  In fact, it makes me feel OBLIGATED to spread the word.  There are so many money making programs on the Internet that are dishonest and/or mismanaged so that you don't have a chance to get ahead.  But FC has proven over and over again that they can be trusted and be a worthwhile addition to your life!  Yay FC!  I'm definitely a cheerleader!
