The tag games

I just wondered if there are any plans to start another tag game.  I have never done this and would like to.  I would also appreciate if the rules were explained first because I saw the last thread and it looked fun but confusing. 
Just a personal opinion, I would like to try it.  I participated in the post mania and did not really enjoy that, but the tag game looks to be cool.  How are we paid for it? Just simply by responding?  Or is it not for pay and just a forum game for fun? It seemed like a lot of people were in on the last one.
