Why is the SSI survey not crediting? I finished the survey, but I did not receive the credit. It did say I successfully completed it. I waited 4 hours and again, and again I finished survey but was not paid. I know I should only get paid for one.

Try deleting your history and cookies first then complete the survey. You may have to restart your computer sometimes that works. Leave up the congrats page for 10 minutes or so after completing survey, it helps to get credit.

I tried that, it did not work.  I have never had problems with SSI  ssurvey. It is the only one I  can usually count on  completing

@ joker, you are further ahead of me, I have never been able to get all the way through the survey, it goes to an error page once I am probably within one or two pages of being finished. Finally gave up on it. Does any one else have an issue the same? I am using Firefox browser. I hate having to change browsers to get these things to work. To me they should be universal or not offered at all.
