Ok so I just had a baby and am getting back in shape, any killer moves that whittle the waist fast???

 :thumbsup: GOOD FOR YOU ON YOUR NEW BABY!!! I know what worked for me, and that was sit-ups. You have to use your stomach to do them!!!! I had my son over 35 years ago, and I still do sit ups!!!!

i did yoga, and there are some poses that really work on your abs,, yoga is fun plus you really get flexible..and it is low impact.

Pilates moves do wonders...and you really don't need any equipment at all.

awesome, I guess I could try that myself. I actually do sit-ups and crunches, I just get lazy at times.

awesome, I guess I could try that myself. I actually do sit-ups and crunches, I just get lazy at times.

If you really want to lose weight, don't really on just sit-ups and crunches- you've got to do some type of cardio activity so that you burn more calories than you take in.

Yeah cardio is what helps the weight loss. Go running or walking, they usually help out more than people think.

Ya, lay on your back, hold onto something, and lift your legs up & down using your ab muscles. Works wonders, I lost 4 1/2 inches off my waist in a month
