My biggest was 90 since I accidentally canceled my cashout in the prior month, so it had to be rolled over. I always try to cash out as soon as I get $25 since that means more money for my referrer.

I usually like to cashout once I reach $25 but the most I ever did was around $60....I think its best to cashout once you reach the minimum.
