I always start with the excitement of "Black Friday"!  That really seems to get me in the spirit! ;D

Shopping too early just costs me more money, because no matter how soon it's finished I will ALWAYS find one more thing to add on that I KNOW someone will love. So if I wait until the last minute, that window is open for a lot less time.

I am not really buying anyone anything this year. It's been a tough year and I can't really see spending the money on gifts. Unfortunately.

I try not to wait until December to buy gifts as I don't have that many to get, but it seems to end up that way. This year, I did start searching in October for ideas for gifts, but here it is almost December again, and still don't know what to get. Oh well, I won't fret about it too much.

I wish I could do the kind of shopping I used to! I used to spend an afternoon at the mall and come out loaded down with bags--but times have changed and I am not in the position to do that anymore.  I am having to get creative with my gift purchases this year.  I will have some money this weekend, so that will probably be when I do most of my shopping, but I will likely be buying things at the last minute as well.

I have a difficult time even knowing what to get.  Have only purchased one gift so far.  Used to purchase throughout the year or on Black Friday.  Seem to put it off more over the last few years.

I am enjoying the fusion cash mall and have plans to order online and then pickup at the stores.  Sometimes just a few dimes added to my account but if deal is good why not get credit through Fusion Cash!!!  Target and Walmart are on the list so I look forward to walking straight to the pick up counter!!!  That's the way to shop!! LOL  I will buy less not browsing in the store too!!! Why do they make me think I need that item I don't need when I am in the store???  LOL  LOL

I've done some online shopping as I prefer that.  Plus I live in a small town with only a Walmart, so not much to choose from as far as stores go or malls.  Otherwise,   I wait until almost the last moment to shop, can find some good deals that way.      :peace:
