what do you think about immigrants

I am not saying this is my view but i was talking to this guy the other day and it just opened my eyes to thinking about this topic.... immigrants getting aid, medicare, medicade, welfare do you think its fair that they can come here and take away from the americans ? they can come here have 50 kids and claim wellfare, medicade and all this and we pay for it. they dont even attempt to learn english either but take our resources. do you think this is fair ? like the dream act. that immigrants can qualify for aid for tuition but born americans have to pay in full.....what are your views ?
