is judge joe brown too old?

I think that judge joe brown is  too old to rule any more he seems to not even be paying attention to the case at hand sometimes babbling incoherantly about things that just don't make any sense. I wonder who is resonsible for letting this go on for so long. He seems semi- senile at times forgetting who it is he is to judge for sometimes letting the wrong side. win THE BAD GUY to me is always the producer for even thinking that old man was good enough to get his own show. Joe brown should be safely doing cameos on other shows  if he needs to act make him the next matlock or something I really think his time is over and he needs to be with his feet up eating applesauce somewhere in florida living in what looks like a resort but is really a senior citizen home.
