I was just wondering  why sometimes the wording doesnt come up right? I have refreshed and refreshed and just clicked the thing and it says I didnt put the words in right.

I've never had an issue with that. You are just supposed to type the words/phrase exactly as shown in the box into the text box below.

You refreshed the page or refreshed the capsha?  If the box came up but no wording, did you get the icon to refresh the capsha?

I've had similar problems.  If refreshing didn't help, I'd close down the browser and try again.  If was still a problem, I'd wait an hour or so and then try again.

You could also try another browser.  I use IE and rarely causes me any problems.
