Sundance Channel Videos Not Crediting?

Hey Everyone, I am so happy with all the new videos (YEA FUSIONCASH!!!), but I have not seen credit for the two Sundance Channel ones.  I tried clearing my cookies and everything, still no luck.  Any advice?

Occasionally I have noticed that the surveys credit on Internet Explorer but not Firefox; and sometimes vice-versa. Clear cookies and cache from each browser, start again and try both browsers.

Thanks, rufus50, that worked like a charm.  I was using FF and when I switched to IE, they credited right away.   Thanks for the advice!!

I'm using IE and the Sundance video didn't credit for me.  Do you have to do more than just view the video?  (They had some links to ad sites which I didn't click.)

Also having trouble getting the credit for the sundance videos...I tried watching them twice and still nothing....I just watched the other videos...no biggie

I have tried multiple times on IE and Firefox and have never gotten credit for the Sundance videos.

I watched one Sundance video today and didn't get credit.  Not going to bother doing any in the future until I hear in the Forum that people are consistently getting credit.

Every trusted website requires you to use Internet Explorer than firefox
