what is the best oil and oil filter?

Hello everyone, I own a 1992 convertible mustang with a 4 cylinder 2.3L engine. My last oil change was back in April and think its time to do it again. I used a Fram oil filter and I continue to put in pennzoil ever since then. I would normally continue to use both brands since I don't have any problems with fram and pennzoil. However, I like to hear what you guys use in your vehicles.

My husband usually changes the oil on our vehicles.   They are all Fords......We use the Fram filters but for the last year we have been using the Sam's club brand of oil.  We hadn't had any problems with it at all!  All vehicles are running great!
