hey there fusion cash-- im having a problem, im not being created for ANY OFFERS OR 0.01 VIDEOS im watching--i know that i can cashout now but i dnt want to yet.. is that the reason why my account wont load my money to it!!?? ???

Are you watching the whole video? Is this happening to all the videos or just certain ones? What other offers are you not getting credited for?

there starting to work now--nd yes i was watching the whole videos and completing the surveys but ALL of them kept sayin i dont qual... they still do??
