Making Carnitas

I bought a package of Pork that was labeled Carnitas and I noticed it didn't have any seasoning so I added taco seasoning. This is my first time making it I hope it turns out. I really like the carnitas from Chipotle but I have no clue how to make it So I am hoping I can come close.

I know what you mean, I feel silly even looking at a cookbook in the store knowing I will probably just google it

Thank you I did look a little online, but went with a combination of what I had on hand and what the package said lol
