I sent a ticket in about a week ago with no answer. Can I get some help please?

If your ticket pertains to the FC Surveys they are not answered by me - they are done by another company who has access to check their surveys (as I do not). I am asked them to answer the tickets they have outstanding.

I would avoid sending another ticket as that may just add to the problem as it adds to the number of tickets that FC or the third-party company have to go through in order to get to yours to respond.
