I might have to try those sometime.  I have had blueberry pancakes numerous times, but never banana.

That sounds delicious! I have never tried banana- I usually throw in some white/milk chocolate chips or blueberries

I love pancakes! Sadly, I'm the only one in the house who does - everyone else just tolerates it was a subpar (!!!) breakfast or would prefer waffles ::)
Applesauce and Pumpkin are also tasty (just plop some in from a can/jar and reduce the water a bit - also, adding pie spices makes it divine).

Not really a fan of pancakes. They get too soggy & blech, just can't do it.

Banana pancakes are my "go to" recipe when my bananas get overripe.  Usually I only have one or two - not quite enough to make banana bread (at least with the recipe I use), an usually in a bad part of the week to bake bread.

Love banana pancakes!  Yummm.

I prefer other breakfast food to pancakes.  The only place I really eat them is Ihop and that's mostly for the variety of syrups.
