Has anyone got an email from the second part of this survey yet? Once again it seems like I do the survey, get the $5, but never get the follow up email, so they take away the $5. I'm getting pretty tired of these. They should let you keep some money for completing the survey in the first place.

I didn't get that one. Did you file a support ticket just so it is documented? Maybe they need to fix that gap with the survey providers, put a thing in the agreement that if they don't send out the second it's their loss

No, because this is happening on all these focus groups. They pay you first after you complete the survey and then take your money back if they don't need you for the focus group. Admin commented on another post about how this was the way the focus groups worked. But I like your idea.....should be their loss.
