At the top of this page you will see "paid to post" underlined.  You can click on that and you will go to the instruction page where there is a place to click in the instructions.  You need 30 posts in a month and you request the bonus by the end of the month by giving the numbers of three of your posts.  You will then get it credited to your account within about 32 days.

30 posts a month to receive credit, it takes 60 days to get your credit for the first time, then you can be credited 3.00 a month after that, as long as you have 30 posts or over.

Other members have given you good information here and "oldbuddy's" link to the "how to" is a good one.  There are a few things I want to suggest to you that I got from reading forum posts from other members when I first started posting.  First, the Tues/Wed promo submissions do not count toward your 30 posts so be sure to compensate for these when you count your posts.  Also, I always do a few extras (based on another member's suggestion) so if any of your posts aren't counted for some reason (too short, etc.) then you will still have enough to get your payment.  Good luck and welcome!
