Probably the surveys and tasks.  Some will say referrals but since I don't have any, I can't tell you how well that really works.

The "fastest" ways would probably consist of spending money on paid offers and having numerous referrals adding to your FC income.  Although the fastest ways aren't necessarily the most consistent ways to make money on FC.  Look under the Offers tab and try a few things that catch your eye, (surveys and such).  You'll soon discover which ways work best for you, (whether 'fast', consistent, amount received/time-spent ratios, etc.).

Don't forget to have fun while chasing $$$ and welcome aboard.

I always figured that the fastest way to make money here is to have a lot of active referrals. You get $5 every time your referral cashes out.  Just imagine if you had several referrals cashing out each month.  Your total would really grow quickly.  Now, you will still be required to get your minimum $15 by completing offers, but you will make money faster with more referrals.  If you don't have referrals, I would say qualifying for and taking surveys would be the speediest path to your payout.

I would also guess that the best way to make money here is referrals.  It seems like those that make the most here are those that concentrate on referrals.  Best of luck to you.

I agree referrals seem to be the best way but if you do not have many yet start with surveys and the 100% free offers. 

Remember to answer the survey questions truthfully to increase your chances of qualifying and receiving credit.
