Recipe for French Toast
« on: May 30, 2012, 05:32:06 pm »
Recipe for French Toast
1 egg
3 tablespoon sugar
1/2 milk 4 slices of white bread
pinch of ground cinnamon

How to make French Toast
Beat egg in a plate add sugar mix it together add milk little by little into the egg mixture add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Cut bread and put it in the egg mixture (I have a tip if you dont want the bread to breaking into pieces before you put it in the egg mixture first put the bread in the toaster just to get it a little bit harder.) on both side put it in a saucepan on medium heat let it cook when it turn light brown flip it over let the other side cook when it turn brown take it off the saucepan and put it on the plate serve and eat.

You guys are making me hungry. I am going to make some French Toast this weekend. I don's put sugar in my mixture but I sprinkle powdered sugar on the finished product. YUM!

I'm a powdered sugar type of gal, but have found so many people using syrup... one man's feast, is another man's famine...

I am always looking for french toast recipes online, but this was definitely one of the most thorough ones I have seen yet.  They never put the exact amounts or exact directions and I am glad that you specified every detail so I can make some delicious french toast!

Mine is easy.  I don't even measure anything.

1 egg or more depending on how many slices you want to make.  The more people the more eggs.
Milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
cinnamon
nutmeg

Brown sugar works better for me on French toast.  It taste better than using white sugar.
