trying to deal with depression

i hat getting depressed but i know it will pass or should i say i hope it will i have been dreaming about my mom that passed away a few months back and when i wake up i feel so alone and can not stop crying any thing you know of to help

 :heart:You are still mourning, it may take some time according to how close you were to your mother, but it will pass. Remember the good things about your mom, make a project to memorlize her so you can look at it later and remember what a great mom she was. Talk to friends, make some new ones to take your mind off of missing her so much.

I'm so sorry about you losing your Mom. Mom's are so important in our lives. I miss mine everyday. She passed away 6 yrs ago. All I can offer is to keep busy, that helps. It does get easier, I promise.
