It would  probably be a good idea to check/call your credit card holder to see who made the additional charge.

Yea you should just call the Credit Card company and dispute the charge. You dispute it, they send you a letter in the mail, you sign it and send it back, and usually the day you dispute the charge, the company will refund the money..

That 17.94 sounds like stamps.com

i have done stamps.com.

then it is that offer.

but i am going to cancel my trial because it doesn't work like i thought it did and i'm not really too happy with their customer support.

do you know if that 17.94 is just a hold on the money?

I dont remember seeing any authorization from stamps.com. When I was doing a bunch of the free trials, I remember seeing a few $1 transactions that went off my card in a few days.. So if I were a betting man.. I would say stamps.com charged you their membership fee, and you should dispute the charge..

they just took it off.

i checked two days ago and it was on so they must have placed a hold for about a week or something but they have just released the funds.

but i still haven't been credited for the offer...
