Only sometimes if the water is really cold. I have sensitivity. The dentist recommends sensodyne toothpaste....it works.

No, I don't have that problem.  As a matter of fact, after I brush my teeth I'm usually really thirsty and drink a glass or so of water.  Of course its tap water which isn't all that cold.  A good toothpaste for sensitve teeth is what you need.  Good luck!

Do you have a hard time drinking after you brush your teeth like they are super sensitive and hard to drink cold water and stuff ?

This means you should use a toothpaste for sensitivity.  Your gums/teeth should not be sensitive to drinking water after brushing.

that is such a great topic, i hate to eat or drink anything right after brushing my teeth. and the bad thing about it is in the morning when you have your favorite sweet cereal in a rush just dont work right.  :BangHead:

I don't have too much of a problem with that anymore. I don't use toothpaste to brush my teeth anymore. I've been using Dr. Bronner's soap for the past 2 months. I don't really have sensitivity issues anymore and my gums look and feel a lot better.

For me it's not really hard to drink, but cold water seems to be 5 times colder though. If I wait a minute or so after having brushed my teeth, then it doesn't bother me. Kinda weird how it makes cold water (that normally doesn't feel all THAT cold) seem like it came from the Arctic or something.
