Do you mean that you sign up for an offer and then they keep asking you if you are interested in other offers?  If that is what you mean, I understand, but that is how most of these work.  They seem to loop around and often ask you if you are interested in the same things over and over.  If you are not, just keep checking no.  Unfortunately, that is just how they work.  You kind of just get used to it.
