What I have been reading you guys don't owe much. Thanks to my lovely family I did favors for. I am stuck with a debt of around $25,000 dollars. I'm very good with my own stuff, but I wanted to help family and they didn't return the favor and paid. People don't help with your credit mostly 90% will not pay you back.  :( :sad1:

I don't have much credit card debt, and I try to  avoid all kinds of debt.  I use different  cards also  because of the cash back bonus.   I always pay off the balance each month to avoid unnecessary interest charges.

I don't have any credit card debt, I avoid all kinds of debt.  I use a Discover card because of the cash back bonus.  I usually make at least $50 bonus, but I always pay off the balance each month.

I try to limit the use of my credit card. I only have one and it is Capital One.

Now that we have no credit card debt, we keep one for emergencies and that's all it will be used for and NO it is not an emergency to go to lunch!

I have completely stopped using credit cards and worked my butt off to pay off the ones I had. It just made no sense to me to use them, pay interest on the money when I can just be a little more responsible and buy things with my money. I despise debt in just about all it's forms, with the exception being a house/car loan just as long as it's resonable. Credit cards are like snakes, play with them and you get bit. Besides, how else do you think banks are able to build such tall buildings? The interest they make off of credit paid for those buildings. I'd rather have interest work for me, not the other way around.

I have one credit card I am trying to pay off now.  These companies makes a bundle of giving you permission to use their cards.  These are loan sharks, they just give it a cutesy name.
