I received mine a couple of days ago which was a little suprising because when I last checked, it said I had about ten more days before I would receive it. However, it came two  days later. So cool!

You have to go to this page: http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php
Follow the directions there to submit your request. Every month you have to do this if you want the $3.  :)
