PTC - Has this Ever Happened to You?
« on: March 12, 2012, 03:19:58 am »
Sometimes, when I do the daily PTC, when I have reached the correct time and am able to click on where it says go to fc coupons, instead of the page loading, I get a page that says "you are today's winner in Maryland" and if I try to "x" out the page I get the usual, "wait, don't leave..." - and need to click that, then "x" out the page, then go back and once again click on the fc coupon page, then the other page to get the .15 cents.  As we don't all live in Maryland - just wondering if anyone else gets this same page for their home state?    It's really irritating to expect the coupon page to come up and have to deal with an obvious virus laden page first.

No problems here in Alabama. In fact I have had no problems at all with PTC since day 1.

I haven't had that happen either. Have you tried another browser to see if it happens on that one too. Or maybe just cleaned out your browser history/cookies etc. see if that pop up will go away?

I get that too. Mine says Washington DC though. I usually just click out of that window fast, so it won't stop me and tell me not to leave with that popup.

I get the same pop-up while doing the PTC in MA, but not for the Coupons page. I get it when I click on certain ads listed on the PTC page. So far all I've ever had to do was click out of it and go back to the PTC page and everything goes fine.  :dontknow:

I get the same pop up but for CA...

I just close it before it opens.

Stops it before it opens.

Hope that helps...
