Cashout/Pending - Administrator Help!

I had cashed out in Dec 2008, in early January Fusion Cash contacted me to verify my identity.  Now I am back to a pending status and it says I will receive payment on or before January 20th.  It's February and still no payment.  Have I done something wrong, is there more information I need to provide Fusion Cash to receive my first payment?
