There are too many variables to call that one in advance, you just need to try it and see. The best results I had advertising was where you can target USA only to people who are clicking ads already. I got 100 referrals from one ad on Neobux. My ad had a video that showed them how they could get paid 10 cents instead of a penny for the same effort.

I've heard good things about USFreeAds, but have yet to try them.  I imagine it would depend a lot on your ad.

I am not sure but make sure you can and you are not breaking any rules.  And that the website allowes you to advertise other websites if it does than yeah go for it.  The more referals you have the more money you will make.

It's always a good idea to post your biz on ad sites to hopefully increase your revenue. However, there ar lots of free sites out there as well.
