It's not too difficult at all. You register and it asks a few questions, then you get an email you have to confirm. I think I had to fill out another page of questions, then it takes you to the main website, (which you can select English as the language once you are there) and you have to complete one survey. I completed a beauty survey and it was pretty quick and easy.
