Why surveys freeze up?

Why is it that when you are deep into a survey, check on the 'next' button and the page freezes, you get denied the earning? You should at least get to try again when the survey seems to have a error, right?

Is the page freezing or acts like it is still churning and doesn't do anything? I've had that happen a few times and would just hit the refresh and it would continue the survey and I'd get paid for it. Of course this is no guarantee but maybe it will help you

I have never had a problem with surveys freezing up. Maybe there is an issue with your computer. Does this happen to you a lot or was it just a one time thing?

The "Next" button grayed out and the page did not advance for several minutes. When nothing changed I clicked on the survey again in the FC Surveys and got the page with the red writing, "Unfortunately...." I'll try refresh if it happens again, thanks.

I have had things like that happen to me when I am doing a survey. I think that it has something to do with my computer being a mac and my using safari. Other times, it just takes a long time going from one page to the next. I am afraid that I am going to time out but I don't.

Can you tell me where the refresh button is on a mac?   :dontknow:

I just had this happen to me the other day in fact and although I've had my laptop for years, I wouldn't blame it on the laptop because usually it has no problems with such things.  I could be playing a game and doing something else entirely different and it never freeze up.  Then the other day I'm in the middle of a survey, it freezes up, and I don't get the earnings because of it.

Sometimes maybe it has to do with the number of people doing the survey at the same time or the ISP you are on or the server....it could be a number of things.  Who knows .... :dontknow:

More than likely it's your browser or your computer. Try another one of such and see if the problem still persists.

I was also in a middle of a survey (5 minuted into it) and it froze and locked me out.  Then it said I didn't qualify.  Very frustrating. I tried other surveys on my current browser and it worked fine but not this time. Not sure why.

I actually don't think I have ever had my computer freeze in the middle of taking a survey.
