Did you read everything related to this site?  There is an FAQ section that can answer those basic questions.  For pay, when you achieve earnings of 25 or more, of which 15 are from offers, you can cash out.  No matter what day of the month you cash out,payments are made on or around the 20th the following month. If you cash out march 16, you'll receive your money on April 20.  If you cash out March  31, you'll get your money April 20th.  Payments can be either through check or paypal.
