I'm assuming the 29th still counts as the last day of the month. But you shouldn't miss out on much if you cashout a day early. FusionCash is good for an ongoing income...so there's always next month.

Yes I think every month is the same no matter what. But sometimes around Christmas I seem to get paid a little sooner.
