Recently in the news, two 14 yr. old boys raped a 13 yr. old girl. The two was charged with rape & will be tried as adults. Do you think this is right? I understand the girl was raped but the offenders are children as well. Also, I wonder, if these two boys were white would the subject charging them as adult even surface?

They knew exactly what they were doing.  They are past the age of knowing right from wrong so yes they need to be charged as adults.  If you are going to do adult things you need to pay adult consequences.

Exactly.  This isn't some petty crime like minor theft or vandalism.  These boys raped a girl.  This is a serious crime, and the victim deserves justice, as her life will forever be changed by this assault.  People need to stop favoring the criminals over the victims.

Punish them as harshly a the law allows.  Do this for the sake of the girl and for the sake of others in the future so they realize just how terrible such a despicable act is.

I don't see what race has to do with this.  You are often bringing up race for some reason.  That act alone lends sympathy to these criminals and invokes feelings of anger from all sides involved.  It serves no useful purpose and actually is damaging and racist.

I agree, if they can can do the crime hen they need to do the time. 14 may be young but if you can rape someone at that age then you deserve an adult punishment
