Hope everyone has a wonderful day. I woke up with no headache. YEA me. Hopefully it stays that way all day long. You headache suffers know what I mean. :wave:

A cold compress helps headaches. Also, there is an Accupressure point in the web of your hand between your thumb and first finger.  Ask a friend or neighbor to pinch you in that spot. You'll feel your blood vessels pulsate. Your headache goes away in about 15- 20 minutes.

I think it is going to rain here today.  We need the rain and we hardly ever have it.  I think we have become spoiled here in Southern California.  :notworthy:
