Can other people complete offers with my links?

I am on a few websites where people are always asking for money, so I wondered if I could have these people complete surveys and stuff from my links. I am specifically wondering if I would be credited for multiple offer completions for the same offer.

I know the best way to get credit is to direct them to join, but most of these people probably would not be interested in the long delay it takes between initial activity and payout.

I'm not completely sure what your trying to say.

However, when someone joins under your referral link you get paid $1.00 by FusionCash.
If one of your referrals completes at least one offer you get paid $2.00 by fusioncash.
You do not get paid for that same referral over $2.00

If your referal signs up under a proxy (against FC TOS) that person will not be counted as your referral
and your own account will be subject to review and possible termination if you are found to be guilty of fraud
(depends upon the number of occurrences).

Though if you cashout on a referral before they complete at least one offer you will not get paid $2.00
even if they do decide to complete an offer later.

What you're describing is not possible because it attracts fraud.  In order for your friends to complete offers, they must have an account here so that we can validate their identity and personal information.

I sort of figured that fraud would be the major issue. I like the referral program here, I just don't know that I can get many people to actually sign up and become active on the site. I expect them to be as skeptical as I initially was.

I am not sure it might work. The problem is that when you want to terminate trial offer that person need to contact comapany.
