what kind of milk do u like...? red cup, 2 %, 1 %, or skim and why??

I like whole milk and that's it! None of the others really taste like milk to me. Every now and then my wife may get me to use a little 2% on cereal along with her.

I don't usually drink milk, I use Almond Milk on my cereal and in coffee.  There is research showing that dairy, meat, animal products cause all kinds of illnesses.  For more info. see the movie Forks over Knives and/or the book The China Study.  The info. is amazing, scary, eye opening, sickening all in the same realm.  I was shocked!  (sorry, more info than you wanted for a type of milk question huh

2% for white milk; whole for chocolate milk

Whole white milk makes me feel nauseous if I drink more than a few sips, plus it doesn't taste right to me.

I usually drink 2% organic.  It has a different taste than regular milk that I really like.
