Does this irritate you ? I was at hobby lobby the other day and I was buying some stuff for a craft and they did not charge me the right amount and she assured me it was right which wasnt, some things were 50% off which she charged me double in order to take off, anyways so nobody wanted to listen to me in the end I got $2.14 back yes i wasted a good 20 minutes but its the point nobody cared to help me, I went to 3 separate employees until I got one to help me, yes I understand mistakes happen, and they were busy but if the cashier listened to me the first time it would have taken all of 2 seconds to fix. Have you guys had back customer service experiences?
