Not always. Sometimes I will if there's something that I feel I can handle. It also depends on how early in the morning it is or if I'm even awake before lunch time.  ;D

99% of the time, I eat breakfast. Otherwise, I get light headed and disoriented. If I don't eat enough, same thing.

You can find me on Youtube!

I don't eat breakfast I try to eat one balanced meal a day which is supper time because that is in the middle of the waking hours I can't afford to eat like I am suppose to. But I have been told to loose weight you have to eat three meals a day (but watch the serving sizes and make sure you eat out of the food groups) and have snacks in between like fruit, yogurt, fresh veggies.  The main thing is to watch calories, fat, protein, and carbs.  You can go to a website that has the daiy food chart to find out how much of the food groups you need to eat per day.  Loosing weight also means exercise.  My sister lost weight by eating right most of the time and she walked at least two miles a day about three days a week, than on the days she didn't walk or couldn't due to weather she had a chair thing where it like helps with sit up type exersize and she would do it in settings like 20 fast forward and 20 by twisting on each left side and right side she lost about 60 pounds in ten months or so.  If you drink carbanated soda that is really bad for you, don't gruge your self but limit yourself the same goes for deserts or you can make diabetic deserts by replacing sure with splenda which taste really good.  Good luck! There is a website called SparkPeople that help with good dieting try it they give a lot of good advice.  Let me know how it goes.
